I don't know what F.R.O.G. stands for, but it looks like a useful programmer utility - and it's free, which is the right price for me.
According to Innovative Systems F.R.O.G. is a Windows based database utility that lets you:
- Connect to your iSeries
- Browse through libraries/files/members/fields
- Execute SQL statements against your database
- View the properties of files
- Save the results of an SQL statement to your PC
- Generate the SQL syntax needed to create an object
- Work with IFS Files
- Work with QM Queries
- Run SQL Scripts
- Automate downloads to a PC
- Edit database records
